Dear RAjiv,
I am also a trainer. Generally it is difficult to measure the benefits of training as many of its oucomes are intangible in nature. Thus clients,especially from govt sector consider training as a watage of time and effirts. This is a good presentation which would help in assessing the benefits of training in a quantitative way.
