I work as a HR Manager in an IT firm. I have scheduled a Customer service training for the Sales men in Retail. I wanted to get an idea as to what could be the games which would support my topic. Can my colleagues suggest me with some interesting and motivating HR Games. I have gone through the Games on HR, but find nothing suitable. And my group consist of multilinguistic and different nationalities.

First : Ask 2 questions:
1. What is your worst customer experience?
2. What are 5 things providers could have done to make it first class?
20 mins with 10 minutes debrief
Second - 30 min
5 statements on cards (distribute to each group)
Put yourself in the customers shoes!
Customers are not dependent on us, we are dependent on them!
The purpose of business is to find and retain customers!
Internal Customer Service is just as important as External Customer Service!
Customer Excellence is a state of mind!
draw a picture which captures the essence of the statement
when commenced, show slide of all statements
Each group will match the others drawing to the statement.
