First of all you should know what you are planing to do as an HR Person.
Prepare a report, statement,slide etc of policy . And also give both merits and demerits of policy( Merits always more than demerits). Explain briefly with cofidence.

If u have such doubt ....just educate them to the level that can understand your talent.....but don't train them to such an extent so that they can do it without. Your doubt is reasonal in present trend.
