Phase 1 . Identification of resource (By the technical team)
Phase 2. Analysing and formalising of the manpower needed
What we need?(Skill set)
How many needed?(Number of open positions)
How much to pay(Budgeting)
When to get him on board?(Joining Date)
Phase 3. Processing the application to the recruitments departments with all the required information furnised.

Phase 4 : Recruitment Process

Phase 4(1) : Getting the JD(Job Description)
Phase 4(2) : Screening Profiles through different Sources.
phase 4(2) (a) : Job Portals
Phase 4(2) (b) : Consultants
Phase 4(2) (c) : Internal / External References.
Phase 4(2) (d) : Paper Adds / Job postings / Job Fairs
Phase 4(3) : Building database (Contacting candidates)
Phase 4(4) : Posting the resumes to the hiring managers
Phase 4(5) : Collecting feedbacks and Scheduling interviews
Phase 4(6) : Scheduling for final HR interviews.
Phase 4(7) : Giving offer letters.
phase 4(8) : Joining Formalities.

The recruitment process starts with a requisition and completes when the candidate joins our company.
