Get cleared with the strategic HR part.
Vat is the size of your Organisation, Vat are the growth aspects in your concern.
Yes Strategic HR needs two brains to work. Just look at the projects. If all this tally you have a good boss dont complain else you are in a sinking boat quit. If you feel you are overloaded just talk to your boss. And a peculiar thing about you is you are HR and you dont mingle with people??? Those days are gone. Unless you talk to people how will you know vat they want??? Complaining is one part. But to be an HR you should know people's mind. Thats how u could nail your views in the management's mind.
All the best

Dude...what r u even doing there. If u r not happy u shdnt stay there. Ask urself wat do u want
a) Experience and exposure in everything - STAY
b) Job satisfaction and recognition - QUIT
Matter of choice i guess

Dear Renjeet,
THis is usual things happen with most of the companies, better try to avoid others,do your duty.In other way ignore.......also leave ontime from office and dont take any extra burden as you also have some person matters after office

Ranjeet,
Just think that this is a good chance to learn the new stuffs.. Don't be sad thinking that you should do all the work... Be happy thinking that you got a chance where you can learn all the new stuffs and also think you are lucky since all the people wont get a chance to involve themselves in all the work.... This would add some more value to your profile and also to your career.
Always think that ALL FOR GOOD!!!!
Moreover I am not telling you that you should think this and do all the work life long...
Just try to learn the things and once you feel that you have knowledge on the stuffs and enough experience, explore your options finally....
Correct me seniors if i am wrong...
All the best!!!!

Ranjeet,
You seem to have enough time to watch what the Director etc are doing!
Instead of complaining about what your tasks are view this as an opportuinty to learn and experience the nuances of HR. One of which is maintaining confidentiality.
However if it is bothering you so much I suggest you look for another job. Nothing is worth the angst you have accumalated

Hi Ranjit,
Even i faced the same problem in my previous organization....my immediate superior always used to dump all the work on me....but i never took it in negative...it has helped me in learning new things. If my boss was not like that I would have never grown in my career.
So my sincere suggestion is don't take it serious...having experience in all the hr activities will definetly help you in your career growth..
Only one thing remember what ever you are doing make sure your boss knows it..and i am sure though he is close to your Manager, he know how much the Manager is working and how much you are working...be cool...
All the best to you....:-)

Hi Ranjeet,
My advice to you would be to put together all the pieces of wisdom that have been contributed here because adding to them would be repeating what the others have already said.
Basically keep in mind that blessings dont always come sugar-coated.What is happening now will go to a far extent in giving you a solid foundation in the human resource field.
Put that smile on.........

Dear Ranjeet,
Work place romance is not new thing and in every other organisation where both male and female employees are working....57 years old Boss will bending on 32 yrs Female Manager may be possible..so why not she enjoy the favourite environment and enjoy the leaverages........ so you also enjoy your work with pinch of salt. What problem you are facing...is it more work or something else...................
