ITS APPLICABLE ON ALL INDUSTRIES/ ORGANISATION IN HARYANA, SECONDLY IT IS PAYABLE ON EVERY QUARTER IN A YEAR AS 15/- PER EMPLOYEE AND THE CONTRIBUTION OF AMOUNT WLL BE LIKE 10/- OF EMPLOYER AND 5/- OF EMPLOYEE SHARE. IT WILL BE SENT THROUGH D.D TO THE WELEFARE COMMISSIONER HARYANA, 30 BAYS BUILDING, SEC- 17 CHANDIGARH ALONG WITH THE LIST OF EMPLOYEES.

Dear member, Will the welfare fund, which is Rs. 5/- in Haryana deduct also those employees who are getting salary above Rs.15000/-?

Whatsoever the employee may be getting from the employer against his wages & if the Act is applicable then we are to deduct Labour Welfare Fund Contribution from the wages of the employee. Rate of employee contribution has become Rs. 10/- per month from April, 2012 onwards.
