This is with reference to your recently held annual appraisal. We would like to congratulate you on your performance over the last year.
In view of your performance, it is our pleasure to award you with an annual performance bonus for the financial year 2007 – 08 of Rs. (Rupees ..........).
As discussed, in view of your new responsibilities, your revised gross remuneration, with effect from April 1, 2008, will be Rs. ...../- per annum (Rupees .......).
At times you are required to to use your mobile phone for official purpose when not in office; this will be reimbursed on actual, up to a maximum of Rs ..... per annum/ month.
In addition to the above, you will be eligible for an annual performance bonus ranging from 50% to 150% of your monthly CTC. This annual performance bonus will be decided on completion of the current financial year.
