Hi to all,
in this period of recession and all we are certainly busy motivating employees and getting people to work a bit harder in turning their respective organizations. Suprisingly, the employees are responding and organizations that we train are slowly turning around. My suggestion to all Hr personnel is to go for more of motivational and bonding trainings to keep the employee morale up.
All the best Rajiv:-P
