I'm working with well known mfg co. & i'm looking after recruitment. We are recruiting employees through consultants but due to recruitment cost of is high (8.33%) (As per my Jt. Pre.) we cant go for consultant. & he also dont want ot adv the vacancies. Here political environment is also bad so we cant take employee referal. What to DO?

you could use job portals. but you have to spend something to get something in return. nothing comes free. also if 8.33% is too high you could sign up for something called RPO(recruitment process outsourcing). the vendor would take this as a turnkey project but works wonders as it is not only cost effective but also you meet deadlines on time.
