No medical treatment from company if employee entitled for medical reimbursement?
Friends. one of our employee who is working in the capacity of manager met with an accident during the course of his employement at our factory premises. he has been given proper medical treatment but the other employee who was with him at hospital and spent money on his treatment when asked for the reimbursement after submitting the bills accounts dept. said that since the injured employee is entitled for medical reimbursement so company will not pay any money on his treatment & no extra ordinary leave will be sanctioned to him. but the question is : 01.in our company medical reimbursement is a part of ctc and employees are getting this on monthly basis after submitting the bills. 02. at present our company is not covered under esi and w.c act but it is applicable at our coorporate office. 03. if any unpleasent things happens with any one during the course of employement does that employee lost his right for medical treatment on companys expence on the ground that he is entitlement for medical reimbursement. please advice me. regards shankar bibhuti
Does esi have any limitation for the cost of treatment?
Dear team as what i know that if someone is covered by esi then they can go to the private hospitalscovered by esi & there are no limitations on the cost of treatment but now i got a doubt when i visited esi hospital for the treatment of one my friend then the esi doctor referred him in private hospital & said the esi hospital will check his eligibility of amount that how much expenses would be covered by esi & after going through his esi account they will tell me his balance for the same. i just wanted to clarify that is there anything like this that there would be a certain amount of expenses would be covered by esi or os there any kind of balance based on the esi deduction i.e if an employees joined the company & from the 2nd month for treatment then what would be his eligibility?
Termination letter format
Hi i need a letter format for temporary breakup in employment due to illness medical treatment for short term. the details are as follows 1 employee is on confirmed from 2 months. 2 as per medical report he has been advice for medical treatment for 6 months for infectious disease as it will be harmful if his present in the premise. 3 he can join our firm after treatment completion as per the medical officer s certificate. plz help me. i await for the quick response as usual. regards sarita
