Didn’t read it....far too long! - 2 pages max! Don’t use fonts like that, they’re not businesslike. Stick to Arial or Times

Check ur employment dates... there seem to be an error. Also, take this as my advice.. stick to a company atleast for couple of years. U seems to be shifting very frequently from one company to another.. When u go up the ladder that would be a negative mark on ur profile.
