Dear Viji,
I agree that the current employer is acting tough and in a vindictive manner, but I am holding the Company which wants to join mmediately more at fault. How can you have a policy like that. If you expect employees to give notice when they resign you should also allow your new recruits to serve their notice period in the previous company.

Dear All,
No words to say, Thanks to all .
At last my friend got solution for this issues, they accepted her resignation.
Every body came with different views, it helped us lot.
Once again Thank you.

Dear All,
I am in a exactly same position. I have an adverse family situation. I have lost my mother recently and my father is alone in my native place who is a heart patient. As I am his only son, he is dependent on me for care taking.
My project delivery head has given me approval for my release from the project. on 1st of sept. I want to join another company on 8th of september. but HR management is not ready to relieve me from my company. I have around 3yrs of experience and I have told HR like my project has relieved me and now i am willing to pay whatever the money i have to pay. but HR is is the same stand to complete my notice period of 90days which ends on oct 20th.
Please provide your valuable inputs.
