NOWAYS... You dont have any right to ask any of ur employees...
Not only that this would not account to a fair labour practice, it would also make the HR a laughing stock for others. Tell your reporting head that it is not ethical to do that...

Hi,

I read that there are so many suggestions putforth for incorporating the clause,
of including to show the offer letter for employees who would leave the organization.

This is totally absurd and never be in the policy.

Hai,This is not fare to include this in appointment letter, thats not possible also. No one going to stick to one place. Jumping is his freedom, we can’t demand offer letter from him.

Dear Friend, U cannot include such a clause in the appointment letter. If an employee provides that out of his personal interest, then that can be taken but the same cannot be forced. Regards, Pravin
