Talking about Oracle HR, does any senior know how to study for it. I havent seen any university offering such studies, so where to go for this training. Also Seniors, could you please guide me to any good introductory Oracle HR book. Can I download some demo from any website.

As of now, I have not heard any thing like Oracle HR as such. But there are people who do Oracle apps, HR module after finishing their MBA HR. That is generally to become a consultant to others. To do that, one should have the knowledge of Oracle basics. And regarding the demos and details, may be log on to the official website of Oracle.

just saw ur query.. well in the first place its not oracle hr its hrms-human resource management system..u can find more details on their website oracle.com.. hrms has many modules right from recruitment to payroll.. n u need not study any oracle basics.. coz urn't codify the software...i'll be going to oracle tommorow i'm doing a project in hrms...however.. i can send u links if i get any do a google search f u juz want basics stuff..all the best
