Hello All;

A lot of us want to question some of these and I have been trying to find a line answer to these questions that may help many of us in our daily or start up careers. I hope you all can contribute to answer and bridge the knowledge gap:
  1. What are the different types of HR policies (irrespective of industry)
  2. What are the different types of leaves the employee is entitled to and the eligibility for them (irrespective of industry)
  3. How is Payroll calculated (irrespective of industry)
  4. How is attendance tracked (irrespective of industry)
  5. How is performance tracked (specify any specific techniques if applicable) (irrespective of industry)
  6. What are the fringe benefits that an employer can offer an employee (irrespective of industry)
  7. What are the components of a CTC (irrespective of industry)
  8. How are employees training needs identified (irrespective of industry)
I know some of the questions are open ended and I am not looking for the perfect answer but the possibility of finding insights to them.

Dear Pooja;
Thanks for taking the time out to answer these questions. I understand you keeping your answer short and to points. You have also used abbreviations in your reply. I can understand them cause I am familiar with the terminology, but I think it might be a tough deal for a newbie audience.
None the less, thank you for your honest effort and time - really appreciate the same!
