Pms model which is exclusive to the staffing industry?
Hi everyone need a quick help here. could you please share a template or a link to which i could develop a new pms model which is exclusive to the staffing industry. the regular model doesn t seem to be working. currently we are using the rating scale method with the list of parameters in it. request you all to guide me in identifying the best practice which we could use of for the staffing industry.

Dear minal manufacturing sector or otherwise the best known models of business performance are: a tata business excellence model b people capability maturity model c dupont model d baldrige award however all the above are highend models. if you fall under sme category then better you follow simple performance management system pms model. let it stabilise in your company and then you can upscale yourself. however to stabilise pms you would need five years at least. just yesterday i conducted the the training programme on pms. all the participants were from hr only. they were more than happy. you may talk to your management and propose them of arranging my training to all the managers. you would get more than what you need. thanks idinesh v divekar/i i /i .
