I have one query regarding Bonus act.If an organisation is paying Bonus before merger and acquisition process but later next year the merging company is in loss , is it still necessary to pay bonus to the employees as the Entity has changed?

Dear Dheeraj ji,"Yes" you have to pay bonus to the employees. Because the firm is changed the owner ship not cecessasion of workers or close down the establishment.May be your firm name is not changed. If such cases you have to pay the Bonus.Regards,PBS KUMR
