Hi Manoj,
Factories Act and HR are entirely two different components. Factories Act is a very vast subject which cannot be dealt in a day or two. This Act is availabe at all book stores which sell legal books all over India. Factories Act is a sort of regulatory thing instituted by Govt. of India way back in 1948 to regulate working conditions, welfare, Annual leave with wages and most importantly the safety aspect of workmen working in an industry. You may please go through the Act to get a real idea on Factories Act. I think it is available on line also and any of the members can further highlight on this.
