Thanxs for your response....Also if you could give your valuable input about staff welfare policy for employees who claims for Saturday working and late sitting for official work. In our organisation, we do provide to and fro travelling allowance for sat and one way travel allowance for late sitting. Also, for sat , lunch is provided by company. But my issue is employee claimimg for lunch have no fixed bar and order very lavishly for lunch . Can you please suggest me whether can we fix some limit and what should be that limit.
