But causing employees to change and become committed to organizational success and able to achieve it is much easier in my humble opinion. I did it four times starting with what were described as disasters by those who employed me.

Reporting line increased from 1-2-3
Main focus from sales to operation
almost all class-roon training to e-coaching
......
No one tells me where we would go next year? what shall I prepare and plan for the coming days? The timetable becomes less and less, does this mean I will be fired soon?
