Your List have covered most of the aspects of non- monetry benefits. Though more can be planned like giving them Gift coupns, arranging family trips for Best performer of the year, arranging for Health Talks, Giving surprize party on Annevarsary by inviting the spouse and having cake cutting party.

Organizing Painting Comptt. to employee's kids
Celebrating some festivals like Diwali, Christmas, Ganesh Chaturthi etc within the organization.
Organizing special lunch on weekends (or you may also add sweet dish in lunch)
Attending weddings of your employees by any senior person or sending a letter from company's end on occassions like marriages, child birth, child's marriage etc.
You may even start up Quality Circles within the organization. This helps employees to build up self confidence, boost their morale and increase work efficiency. It can be within a dept. At the end of a project, interdepartmental competitions can be organized.
