Hi friends
I am Studying MBA as a partial requirement of my course , i have to submit Mangement Thesis based on HR. And the Project assigned to me is "HR process compliance with ISO 9001-2000 standards". Can anyone kindly help me by providing material related to my project.

ISO 9001 standard, and trained in performing internal audits. Once qualified, the auditor must be independent of the process or function being auditer to ensure objectivity. Records of the auditor qualifications must be maintained. Specific requirements for an internal auditor are given in ISO 19011: Guidelines for Quality/Environmental Management System Auditing. Accordingly, organizations establish education, knowledge and skills required to perform internal audits.

ISO in HR is related to performance management appraisal system. Be specific on which appraisal method you chose this will help you in scoring a good mark. All the best.
