Can you help me in identifying the feasible attributes for BPO (In terms of setting KRA's).
We have departments like Production, Quality, Software, Systems, HR & Admin. & Finance & Accounts

could you be a little more specific? what are you looking for exactly? are you looking for KRA(s) for the various divisions?
I can however give you the KRA(s) of the call center division and the various quality parameters.
