Dear Seniors,
I have a question for you.
Is the experience of HR Manager in Gulf considered , and accepted as a potential candidate incase if We plan to get placement in India after say 2 years of experience, with additional certifications in the HR field.
Kindly revert

From Qatar, Doha
Dear Shahed,

You did not mentioned about your basic qualification and professional certification in cluding from which country you did qualification this will determine whether the certification is valid or needs validation by professional associations to certify as equivalent cources conducted by the Indian universities. If you want to obtain Indian Degree you have to appear for advance studies in Indian under UGC recognised University because there are many certifications issuing schools available in India which is awarding only Diploma Certificates because only UGC approved University empowered to award Degrees this fact you must know befor applying for any additional qualification in India.

So far as your experience in gulf is soncerned its not an issue because tht hardly matters but Gulf expereince depends upon the industry background and HR practices. If you are generalistic OK if Specialist which area of specialization have to select compatible HR practice specially MNC will prefer for specialization. If your exposure is into some fancy HR with psychometric test, interviewing technics, competancy mapping etc and kitchen cookies HR interventions will be fit for recruitment.
