Dear All,

I am facing a big time problem regarding my resignation acceptance.I have been working in a recruitmemnt consultancy for past 7 months. I have never been interested in joinning a consultancy as i was always interested in generalised hr profile,But being a fresher i joinned one.I have been a good performer and was also promoted to sr.recruiter post in 4 months.
The only mistake i did was i got few calls for the interview in generalised profile so made reason of not being well and attended the interviews.unfortunately my hr came to know about it and he told me to put down the papers.and since i got selected at one of the places i was cool about it and i did put down the papers. Now the problem is he is not accepting my resignation neither the new company is ready to take without resignation acceptance if not releaving.....

i have tried requesting infact after putting down the papers i got a mail from hr why i should not be terminated instead.Asking me to justify.

Guys please advice me on how to solve this mess...

Dear Sujjoshi,
Management can not hold resignation indefinitely. Make sure they have acknowleded your resignation. Now the place of work/job may not be interesting as before, so look for some alternative job.
All the best

Dear Sujjoshi,
Please make sure that you got acknowledged copy of your resignation letter. If not given then try to explain the company which has offered you the job. If they are not ready to hire you after explaining the situation then look for alternate job.
But Ensure that during interview process you mention the fact of your relieving.
As a proof of experience you can show the appoinment letter & last pay salary slip or bank transaction.
Thanks
Best luck.
Regards,
Sharad
