Gentleman,
Finance is one among its many dimentions of HR. HR works for generating revenue for business, industry or trade. The role played by HR and contribution towards revenue generation through services valued in terms of money. Salary or wages are remuneration capable of being expressed in terms of money is subject of finance. Human capital is an important component of competancies and capabilities drive organization and the investment on skills upgradation or competancy building on Human Capital values of the organization in acounting principles today's world which is an asset of organization shown in the balance sheet.
I tried to explain in simple terms hope this is enough to enlarge the Human Capital and Economic Value Addition Concepts.
