Two month notice period served but hand over not done properly
Hi lawyers i initiated my resignation on 1st dec 21 and my last working day was 29th jan 22. hr offer me a 25 hike but i didn t reply to that mail so he canceled that offer within a week. on 28th jan 22 i inform hr i want to relieve on 29th jan 22 itself but hr dragged it up to 1st april 22. at that time i don t have an offer in my hand. so i continue my work up to 28th feb 22 without withdrawing my resignation but i accept that declined offer by mail. then i got an offer from one company in the middle of feb 22. so without proper hand over i joined the new company. my question is i served two month notice period and my handover is not done properly. can i claim to relieve letter from that company? if i legally processed??
Training & development pointers to be included in company summit?
Would appreciate a few training & development pointers to be included in company summit. this is my first time and despite requesting the guidelines/expectations for the summit i haven t received any response from my firm. ran a search here too; however couldn t find anything relevant on t&d presentation for summits. if anyone here has given a t&d presentation at a company summit please advise. thank you.
Can an emplyoee asked to stay beyond notice period
Hello all i 've this situation where in my manager is not accepting my resignation in the portal . my last working day is tomorrow and i have sent him several reminders to accept it so that i can start my clerence process kicked in. my notice period was 3 months but there was an issue for which i had taken hr suggestion and 5th august was confirmed as my last working day oficially . he has sent me an official mail that 5th august will be my last working day but the same is pending in portal. i complained this to the head hr and they said they will look into the matter and infor the manager. my manager behaviour is outrageous and he hasn t been talking proffesionally with with after i tendered my resignation. can a reputed company make any obe stay beyond notice period ? i am afraid he 'll . i need to take this to legally fight if nedded please help me
