Its related to KRA's means a employee has to take care of financial perspectives, customer & internal processes...the details like revenue generation, cost control, customer feedbacks, KPI's all will be there...in this...

But can anybody suggest me that I would like to change my profile form placement/recruitment to core hr. I have work ex of more than 4 yrs in placment and recruitment and i believe this is right time to switch to core hr but i m not getting opportuinity.
What to do and how to do this miracle....

It would be good to have filled in forms so that people have view as to how a KRA looks like.
Similarly in IT companies project costing is tricky and there is no standard template and hope there would be contributors for this.
Another area is productivity where the business goal is to increase productivity but operationally none knows how to calculate it for different departments. A template worked in could be posted here for reference
