I'm working in an garment factory. we are around 300 members working here but they are only deducting PF for 100 members only and they are giving cash payment for rest of the employees. but they are not paid PF for last one year. if some body ask for this they are terminated from the factory without any reason & they wont get any payment for this.
pls advice what to do & where to complain about this.
