Hi Saritha,
Many thanks for sharing this concise version. Not all of our companies employ only professionals or people with post graduate diplomas. This would certainly be useful for many a HR teams when working with people who don't fall in the above categories.

Hey Sarita...
That's a very good and informative presentation! However You could also add the following to it:
  1. Very Loose Salwars/Patiala's are not regarded as formal wear!
  2. Considering the trend now a days....Jewellery that is not very flashy but Chunky pendants can be worn with shirts which have a broad/deep neckline!
  3. For sandals which the women wear...heels which do not make a taping sound on the flor(considering most offices have tiled flooring) is also a very important thing to be kept in mind!
The rest you can keep adding and making chnges!
FYI i am working in the training deptt. of an org. as a behavioural/skill set assesor!

Hi saritha,
Good Job!
few clarification. You have mentioned that women should not wear a bangel or braclet (avoid both) why? It's our tradition If the point is not to wear dark or too many bangels it is acceptable but y not to wear bangel or bracelet?

Hi Gaayu
The ppt is not prepared by me. I have come across this ppt which i felt like sharing with you friends.
However I will try clarifying your doubts.
The ppt says to avoid chunky bracelets and too many bangles.
Too many bangles makes noise which creates disturbance to others.
If you notice it says to wear either a bracelet or a bangle. Avoid both
Here avoid both means avoid wearing the combination of a bracelet and bangle.
Correct me if i am wrong.
Regards
Saritha
