Can you pls explain me the HR policy regarding providing company car to employees in IT industry? The employees will be given company car and after 4-5 years they will have the option of buying it at depreciated value of say 20%.
Are other software companies following this policy? What is the experience? Does it help in reducing attrition? What is the criteria for selecting employees for this scheme. Pls give your feedback.
