What do you mean by Core HR Activities? Can you elaborate a bit? Which HR activites are Core hR Activities and which are non-core?

Hi Sanjeev,
I wasn't mean Core HR and Non Core HR. :icon1: Basically I am into IT Recruitments for a Stafing company from the past 3+ years and now i am looking out for a oppertunity in Developement or Manufacturing company, where i can get a chance to work in activities like, Joining Formalities, Performace Appraisal system, Training & Developemt, compansation & Wage policies etc.
Recruiting is a part in HR.A recruiter can't get the chance to work in these functional areas where a HR Executive or Generelist can work in these functions and he can work in Recruitments as well.
So what i am expecting from this Citehr is, looking out for a chance to get into.
