I’ve attached November’08 Attendance Report Format for you guys. This format will help you to track the Attendance daily, weekly and monthly. The best part is, in this format you can find first week report in the Sheet-1 and second week report in the Sheet-2 and so on… and on the last Sheet you can find the Month End Report automatically updated. All are formula based.. so you don’t have to do any thing…you just have to fill in the week days as given below.
For present = “P”
For absent= “A”
For Leave= “L”
For Off= “Off”.
For Over Time (OT)= “put numeric, for example for one hour put just “1”.
Just update the First Sheet with Employee Name, Employee Id, Designation, and Department… and the rest of the sheet will be update automatically.
Hope this format is helpful for you. Appreciate your feedbacks and comments…
Note: all the HR if possible mail me your details like which company you work for and your contact details @ , so that if possible we’ll share more valuable information’s.
Many thanks…and have a rocking day…

I really liked the attendanc sheet you have created but since your going to do it manually you need one more sheet which collects calculation of attendance on monthly basis. You can link this sheet to another which is month wise and you have a an annual attendance report ready by the end of the year.
With the one you have created you have to go back at the end of the year and calcuate what is the annual attendance report.
Or better still get on of the packages available in the market that would do it for you.

First of all thank you soo much for your comments and compliments, I am glad you’ve liked my attendance format.
Here’s enclosing one more attendance format for your kind reference, in this format you can track the attendance from September to December’2010. All you have to do is just select from the drop down button and update your employee’s attendance report on a daily basis and that’s it, it will automatically update the total report daily monthly or yearly.
This time I’ve given drop down button for your convenience as given below

SL Sick Leave
UL Uninformed Leave
NI No Information
You can select any of the above based on the activity or attendance on a regular basis.
Download it and start using it you will understand its very user friendly.
Note: kindly don’t change the formula
Please share your valuable comments of the same.

I have joined a start up firm in the admin dept and they do not have any processes in place. I have to start few processes, eg: maintaining register for courier, stationery, travel requisition forms, cab requisition forms etc. If anybody has any of these formats, please help me with the same as i am confused about the headings that i must have for each of these.
