Hi All,
I’ve attached Attendance Report Format for you guys. This format will help you to track the attendance daily, weekly and monthly. The best part is, in this format you can find first week report in the Sheet-1 and second week report in the Sheet-2 and so on… and on the last Sheet you can find the Month End Report automatically updated. All are formula based.. so you don’t have to do any thing…you just have to fill in the week days as given below.
For present = “P”
For absent= “A”
For Leave= “L”
For Off= “Off”.
Just update the First Sheet with Employee Name, Employee Id, Designation, and Department… and the rest of the sheet will be update automatically.
Hope this format is helpful for you. Kindly comment with your feedback

Many thanks…and have a rocking day…

Great Stuff….Amazing work Sumesh…wow!! What a systematic way of tracking attendance….looks like u r master in ms excel and formula’s, apart from that I’ve never ever come across any attendance report which give a detailed tracking on a daily basis, weekly basis and monthly basis separately and its soooo simple to use… thank you very much for sharing.

Hi there,
I really liked the attendanc sheet you have created but since your going to do it manually you need one more sheet which collects calculation of attendance on monthly basis. You can link this sheet to another which is month wise and you have a an annual attendance report ready by the end of the year.
With the one you have created you have to go back at the end of the year and calcuate what is the annual attendance report.
Or better still get on of the packages available in the market that would do it for you.

Hi all,
I have joined a start up firm in the admin dept and they do not have any processes in place. I have to start few processes, eg: maintaining register for courier, stationery, travel requisition forms, cab requisition forms etc. If anybody has any of these formats, please help me with the same as i am confused about the headings that i must have for each of these.
