Formalities for employee being deputed to abroad
Dear all i need urgent help.i have to depute some of my employees abroad for establishing a project there for more than one year. my problem is that this is being done very first time in my organisation.what i want to know is: 1. what kind of letter to be issued to them while keeping all legal formalities in mind.since they are from managerial & supervisory level. 2. how they shall be paid their salaries. 3. whether the salaries be paid in foriegn currency or some deputation allowances to be paid. 4. what will be the salary if we pay them in foriegn currency shall it be exactly equal to existing one or equal to the currency where we are sending him. the thing which i want to know is abc to z for this matter a quick response to this shall appriciated. thanks & regards ashok kumar ashokchy_1rediffmail.com
Employee transfer - legally right and is there any procedure to follow?
Dear all my query is this i have an employee who is not performing up to the expectation of the organisation. therefore the management decides to transfer her to another department. her present designation is sports clerk so the management plan to appoint her as receptionist and she will be given the same salary as her present job. is this legally right and is there any procedure i need to follow? please advice me accordingly. thanks. gaaya

Hello greetings currently i am working as hr and now i am required to perform employees evaluation. i am given a 15 days period to complete the procedure & submit all the documents. the strength of company is 35 employees. previously no such procedure was followed. but now we have planned to do periodical employee reviews which can help us for further appraisals. am not aware of procedure and what basic documents should i prepare and what basic knowledge should i need to have before going for evaluation procedure. kindly help me out. will be greatful to see positive replies and some good shared experiences. thanks & regards.
