Dear Chetan,
At present i am working in a japanese mnc that is into the manufacturing of automobile components as per my company firstly you should have going into the visa procedure, for visa you have to sent to the employee a contract of employement that should not be exceed more than 3 years, on behalf of that contract the employee will get the visa, and before getting the employment you have to manage all the procedure through the F.R.O. of your nearest mini secretariat and after that he can able to work in India.

Dear Chetan,
As far as Nepal is concerned , there is not need of Visa. All the Nepali Nationals have been issued ID Card by the Nepal Govt. You can have a attatsted Copy of the same along with other educational qualifiaction documents.
