Hi,
I need one policy format for company assets.
Scenario: We will give laptops, RSA token, headpones, etc.. to employees to work on a external environment.
suppose, employee will lost their laptops, headphones, RSA token by their negaligency.
in this cases company will recover the amount of cost of the asset from the employees salary.
Hence, for this we need to make one policy. Please advice on the same.

Dear Sir,
The solution for that problem is to take undertaking at the time given company property to the individual.And if the employee the left the organisation you can deduct the same amount from the individual final settlement. please enclosed herewiht the format of undertaking.

Dear Sir
you have to make asset card , Design a software carry all employee asset
this card have 2 copies , one save in the employee file and the other on asset file
of cource it must have the signature and clarify the situation of asset , price of asset
like these matter increase the consciousness att employee asset holder
