i faced the same problem. had to move to specs. discontinued and shifted to yoga. effects are better. power which was 0.75 (-) has come down to 0.25 (-) even though viewing has gone up to almost 12 hours a day.
viewing candle light as the light oscillates in a dark room has been help. it regulates your eye vision. splashing eyes with water frequently has reduced the strain. above all meditation for 5 minutes each day has been a great help.
