Hi pals my organization is a public limited company. now we are doing performance appraisal for the first time. pls help me with some formats where we have self appraisal. we have started different divisions like software hardware own pc and branded sales customized solan and it training education. certain facts like the organization has a mixture of either very high or low and average experience and professional employees so the understanding of the appraisal mechanism is very less.also the are not well defined. so we are looking for a simple format of self performance appraisal where we could make every employee undertsand and help and also gauge the performance in a right way. please help me to do this appraisal format. by ramesh

Creating performance profile and roadmap for hr department
Dear seniors i have recently joined as hr officer in a small firm with nearly 70 employees and have been assigned the task of creating my performance profile and also develop the departmental goals and roadmap for the next 1 year. all the objectives have to be though i have experience in all generalist hr activities i do not have experience in independently setting up the systems from scratch. hence having trouble understanding how to derive the time and people/ tools/ money needed to develop the plan. attached is the performance objectives i have developed. could anyone pls guide me further on this. thank you. vina.
