Dear Arun,
1) Thanks for sharing your salary slip, about other salary matters. but I doubt that u said above 6500, contribution is required and less, it's not required. pls. review it again. as per my knowledge, upto 6500.00 Basic+DA, it's compulsory to remmit PF and excess (i.e, on balance ) it's not compulsory for the remittance.
2) Mr._______ said that PF contribution for 1st 5 yrs in not compulsory.. I think its wrong.. as per new PF amendments if in an organisation 10 or more people are working under one organisation name in last 240 days of time, than they are applicable as per law.
Pls. correct me, if found wrong. Your advice are important for me other others.

Thankx for your response regarding my post. But i wanna know clearly that if employees getting salary upto 6500... whether it is mandatory to deduct the PF? Please let me clear on this.

ur payslip format was good but u need to add Company logo with Head Office Address.Here i am working in Banglore Company in Personel Dept concerned with Payroll, Database n issuing ID card n visiting cards to emplyees & now i am looking for change can u send some resume format

Hi, If Basic is more than 6500 no need to deduct PF. Its employer discretion to contribute but no compeltion. rgds savithri

Here i am working in CCIL as HR Executive in recruitment Dept where i was recruiting for Marketng Executives(both DME & TME)then i got transfer to personeel dept where i am taking care of database of around 1,200 employees n issuing ID Crads n Visting Cards.In our company for salary processing v have 3 parts i.e Marketing, Back Office & Clubs.here i am taking care of clubs salary,but also coordinating with Marketing n Back office salary.
Even i take care of PF n Esi not in depth like to fill d challanas etc...
here even i am doing Performance Appraisal.
So this is all about my job profile if possible lgive me ur mail id where i can contact u.

Hi Arun,
I heard that PF will be applicable to a comapny when its employee strenght exceeds 20 in number. and PF will be applicable to those employees whose salary is less than Rs. 6500/-. if an employee got salary more than Rs. 6500/- PF can be attributed, but depends on the discreation of employer as well as employee.
One more thing i need to get clarified is is this Rs.6500/- margine is the Basic salary or Gross Salary......
