1. What is your career goal?
say your goals include obtaining a better working knowledge of retail and allied areas, which would allow you contribute organisation and add value. also this the foundation block to advancing your career prospects.
2. Why did u take HR as your Specialisation?
i enjoy interacting with different levels of people which is a basic requisite for any HR personnel.
even i believe i can excel in people management too. and hence for me HR is the right field where i can utilise my skills.
3. Why HR Dept is required for an organisation?
an HR is the backbone in an organisation. right from recruiting the suitable candidate to training & then performance appraisal & then compensation & then exit interveiw everything, every step involves an HR
