If you are looking for HR policy for Indonesia its not for Indonesia its for your company in Indonesia If I am not wrong?
Next point is you have to mention what subjects in the form of various chapters your company wants to frame policy for?
You must have something for Recruitment, Salary Structure, Salary fixation for new and experience personnel, Benefits inclusive of allowance etc, Annual Merit Increase, Promotions, Performance Measurements, Transfer, timekeeping and attendance rules etc shall be part of your company policy I don't understand what exactly you are looking for from the outside HR fraternity like us we hardly know your company and their issues.
I believe the above subjects you can incorporate into your presentation as subjects of HR policy in logical order.
Requesting assistance with such a short notice often results into none response. Had you been in place of the members it would have been as difficult as today it is with the other members.
