Hello Everyone,
I have finished my Masters in HR, and looking out for a job. I would really want to know whether for a fresher a role of HR Generalist is better as compared to working with a leading HR consultancy as a data analyst for compensation & Benefits...
Looking forward for your reply...

HI, please go for HR Generalist, this will give you practical inputs of HR and IR on daily as well as time bound activities. You will learn many activities of HR and IR within a year compare to being on perticular eg.Training&Dev. or Recrui.Selection

Always prefer to start your career in a generalist profile as it would give you the right exposure and experience.
Also prefer a career with Manufacturing to start with for the reason it gives you opportunities to make mistakes and learn from it. It will also boost up your confidence level to make a better impact once you plan to move to the IT/ ITES sector.
All the very best.
