Dear Deva
Bonus has to be paid based on the financial performance of the
company and applicable as April to March of every year.
Also any person worked for not less than 30 days is eligilble
to pay bonus for that particular year.

Dear Friends
As per our leave rules, between holiday and Sunday leave are not allowed, but some of employees are taken leave on 16th Aug.
Can we deduct their pay/leave two days (16th and 17th of Aug.)
Kindly guide

I don't think this is correct policy of the company. Can we deny leave on a particular day simply on the ground that there are holidays/weekly off before and after that day - which is beyond the control of the employee? Deduction of salary for two days on this account alone will not be legal.
