Hi i am not able to download materials frm this site. when we download one topic and we move to download another it shows a signboard that we can download only after 2 mins. but the timer keeps on ticking and even after 2 mins does not open the download. is it a problem faced by all of you or only me? i tried rightclicking and save as but the attachments are all in html documents and cannot be saved. if you save it and open in word in your computer you again get dowload will begin soon. this is becoming a problem since cite hr was such a userfriendly site and now we cannot download imp. materials at high speed. please advise on how to go abt this. thanks alka

Calculation utilization rate for human resources
Hi all i have been asked to calculate the utilization rate for human resource. according to my knowledge i have done as below : standard working hrs : 40 hrs 52 weeks in a year 2080 hrs billable resource : 10 actual working hrs : no of working days8 hrs so it will be : 2080 hrs10/actual working hrs my question is if i take standatrd working hr in a day as 8 hrs to calculate the actual working hrsthe utilization rate will be correct ? according to my view it is not coz as the resource are working more than 8 hrs in day it wont be fair enough to calculate the actual hrs. also i have been asked to work out for per month. so pls help me out in traceing this query.its very urgent.
About over time
Hi in our company there is no overtime system. one of my employee working between 10.30am to 10.00 pm that is 11.30 hrs but we give breaks to him with in every 4 hrs. total working hrs is not more than 8 hrs clarify me
