Dear Mr.Devash,
If you are not able to find the person for the direct sales. u contact some of the institute who does the sales and Marketing courses and some colleges if u need refreshers. Because each institue has a placement cell, so if u can contact the institute or the colleges, u can find some aggressive person for ur job.

HI,
Approach some of the consultants. You can find a few of them having wealth of informations. Furnish your job requirement, educational qualifications, salary range etc. I am sure, it will not be difficult for you to find suitable hands.
Good luck.
With best regards, PAVITHRAN.

Hi,
You can send an inhouse message to all your working staff about the vacancy in your firm. Ask them to recommend suitable candidates. You can also post your requirements in Orkut. Both these options are at zero cost to your firm.

Hi Devansh,
As you are working with dealership, dealer's net work is the biggest of its kind. Just tell your requirement to the known dealers, as well who are right now in your direct sales and call for the reference candidates, who are already existing in your business network. This will be the best source. Just give a trial and see the results. Plus point is that this type of candidates last long and there is, so far my experience goes, very less turn out.
People who don't know the job profile exactly, will send you bundle of non-matching CVs.
It's a very friently advise.
With all good wishes!
