Employee engagement is a feeling of an employee that he is valued by the companyEmployee engagement means when employees feel that they are closely related to their work and company which enhance their productivity and loyalty..

The various ways to improve upon this is to take care of certain things like:
  • Equal opportunities anf fair treatment
  • Empowerment for their work area
  • Respectful treatment with them
  • Career development opportunities
  • Social interaction at times promoted
  • Good pay and benefits
  • Health and safety
  • Clarity of co's value system
  • Participation in decision making by suggestion schemes
  • Effective management of the talent
  • Open door policy of the management
  • Proper communication flow
  • Unbiased performance appraisal system
I think these are certain points by improving which we can improve the employee retention.
hence it can be concluded that raising and maintaining employee engagement lies in the
hands of an organization and requires a perfect blend of time, effort, commitment and
investment to craft a successful endeavor..
