Hi im an mba student curently doing a project in a retail mnc. my project title is " employee s perception on training programs in the organization" objective of the project list to find out how much the employee perceive the training programs conducted are effective and benificial. to convey wat type of training they need to perform the job better to the orgnzn. to convey the problems faced by the empoyees to the organisation wat organisation shld do inorder to make the trng prgrms more effective which motivates employyee to attend n learn. pls help in formulating the questionare list what type of questions do i need to use to extract exact information. any readly available questnr if possible.
