Hi Seniors,
I am working in a medium size engineering company, where we found that most of the policies are in operation, and management has advsie me to make new policy and ammend few existing policy.
As per my experience, i observed that few companies want to ammend or introduce the policy only for their own benifits and has give the name of policy.(it means dictatorship).
So my question is :
1.How to make new policy where employers always try to use HR only as a helping tool.
2. How to ammend existing policy, if their motive is not clear.
3. What are the steps required to start to work on policy.
4. How to introduce/ communicate the policy if management is not ready to listen even a single voice.
Hope to get expert answer and it will help all the HR professionals those specially working in private sector, wher somehow dictatorship is going on.
Thanka & regards
Arun Kumar

I am lookingafter whole HR deptt. in a medium scale org.
Today just now, I have put approval between our Org.'s Trust as One Party and Our Company employer as Other Party to Amend in Superannuation Eligibility so required to pass Resolution to Amend in Superannuation Eligibility that Under and By HR only.So approval is prepared and then call for a meeting between Trustees (1 party) Company as Other party and will sign the approval I made and then I will sent it to LIC of India with covering letter. Then LIc will send documents to fill and then Amendment will be put on Statutory Paper eg. Rs.100 stampPaper. Stamppaer will be signed by Trustees, Compnay Employer and HR as witness. then original will be sumitted to LIC and one copy to be filed at HR. If required you can Inform to IncomeTax Commissionor.
