Citehr member's behaviour - senior members and the moderators give negative reply
Dear all i have been using citehr and find it very useful . you can post query and almost every one is ready to help you with whatever they can. but in the recent time i came across few post where the senior members and the moderators give negative reply to the person who ask question. they openly insult them them by saying "you should have paid attention to your mba class or read newspaper or ask good question".how can you decide what is good or bad? if some one wants to know sumthing they will post it here. citehr is for everyone and there is no compulsion to answer on every question.if you feel a certain question is irrelevant or not as per your standard please do not reply or don t insult other members. everyone is not as educated or experienced as you are. simple don t reply and don t be judgemental. anyone can post question and ask whatever there query if you are going to restrict this then no one would be able to express what they feel. its my humble request to all members specially senior members and the citehr moderators to please dont insult by using rude language. this forum is for all thanks

Dear friends after a short break i would like to start a discussion on various welfare measures practised in manufacturing industry in many occassions discussion started but could not become enriched discussion by ensuring participations from senior members. i hope every one can share some good practices from their organisation to this forum. i am sure that particiaption of senior members with their contributions can enrich this discussion.
Contribution under maharashtra labour welfare fund(mlwf)
Though the application of mlwf act is for employees below supervisors and not above supervisors. i am woring as hr exec. the function ofthe company is more of designing on cad purchasesales deprt finance and is registred under bombay shoaps and establishment act. as i know that is important to know definition of employee its function/role from job description to decide applicability and salary. is said act is applicable to my company where employees who are working at the; senior design engineer senior product engineer senior engineer design senior designor trainee trainee engineer senior designer executive purchasing executive hr and admin we have team and team leader for those who are working on project. i believe that team members are monitoredsupervised by team leader as supervisor so they are team members are eligible for contribution to looking for clarity on my opinion as wecompany is not paying to said.

Hi all i am with an organisation where employees with long innings are having negative approach towards due to this attitude management unable to implement new ideas. having been in company for longtime my bosses are reluctant in sending them off. being in a senior management cadre i spoke these persons. they are not budging. can i have some good views. sivap
