I have some topics for the training and development

b. Training Need Analysis based on Skill Gap Analysis, Appraisal Feedback and suggestions.
c. Maintaining Training Records.
d. Analysis of Training Feedback.
e. Analyzing the Training Requirement to the Employees

g. Training Evaluation.
h. Traning kit containg: how to improve communications skills, motivational Skills...... etc.
Is this topics are correct to be discussed in this or not i am in dilema, if they are correct, how to start the documentation -- guide me or otherwise if is not correct-- tell me what all can be discussed in that section
