Thanks for your valuable posting. I am a part of HRD and training & development is one of our major jobs. Currently we are in process of establishing a robust system for Training Need Identification. It would be great if you can share with me the practices that you or good organizations adopt.

Objective of the attachment:
To let the HR Dept personnel understand the need of "Training Needs Assessment" for didfferent roles.
Training for HR Dept has always been an Important Function but most of us are not aware of the real importance that function itself entails.
Training Function will always support HR Dept to meets its objective of practically being a Value Added Services to the Organisation
